Amazing staff and snacks galore!
The staff were super friendly, especially Nirosha, who baked a lemon drizzle cake for breakfast! Loved the open breakfast room from 2pm to 2am with free snacks and drinks. But it was kinda noisy at night since my room faced the street, which was a bummer. Overall, great spot for a couple's getaway.

Highly recommend for families with kids
The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the breakfast team who had this amazing lemon drizzle cake one day that felt like a personal touch. Plus the afternoon snack bar was open until midnight which saved me after long days walking around
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still within reason.

The Privilege Double Room exceeded my expectations in size and comfort. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, particularly the hot dishes that were well-prepared.
